PMI's senior managers have extensive security management and law enforcement experience and are highly qualified:

Peter Manno, Sr. – President

Peter Manno, Sr. has an impressive security industry background spanning over 20 years of service. Peter Manno, Sr. has a wide range of industry experience which includes managing security guards, supervisor, account manager, and director of sales. Over the course of his career, Peter Manno, Sr. has worked with some of the top security companies and Fortune 500 companies. As President, Peter Manno, Sr. oversees the daily operations of the company, provides dedicated account management services, and handles the company's administrative matters.

Peter Manno, Jr. – Executive Vice President

Peter Manno, Jr. heads PMI's Suffolk County division and is responsible for the hiring and scheduling of guards, background investigations, and field supervision. In addition, Peter Manno, Jr. plays an active role in the company's recruitment efforts and new business development. Peter Manno, Jr. has a degree in both Business Management and Criminal Justice. He also has a strong customer service orientation and aims to provide dedicated service to each of his accounts.

Benjamin Santana – Vice President

Benjamin Santana owned and operated a highly successful security guard company for over twenty years. Benjamin Santana's extensive experience includes providing top security services to leading retail establishments, commercial institutions, and property management firms.

Tony Aurisano – Director of Operations

Retired NYC law enforcement officer. Duties included, operations officer, gang profiler, and tactical instructor worked with federal government as an under cover investigator. Other Assignments: Detail leader for personal protection and estate security for high end clients in California; special events detail in the New York area; personal protection to the President/CEO of a large medical research corporation. Master Instructor in hand-to-hand combat for lethal and non-lethal moves. Instructing Law Enforcement Officers in hand to hand combat. Certified in homeland security for New York State and FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency). Certified to carry firearms within the continent of the United States. Tony Aurisano heads the executive protection division for PMI.
